My store has a custom templete, in it's own folder. It appears though that this directory isn't searchable for code through the developers tool kit. Can you please tell me what needs to be done to make this folder searchable?
Thanks!

What version of Zen Cart are you using?
That functionality was remedied in the v1.3.x series.

It is searchable...what makes you think that it is not??
But for the most part you want files that you have not edited and placed into the custom template areas.

I'm using version 1.3.5, just upgraded succesfully yesterday. It doesn't work if you use the "Look-up Template things" search field; however, after your post I decided to try using the "look-up in all files" field and that works. Yes, i'm making sure to choose "all template files - /templates sideboxes /pages etc."Originally Posted by DrByte
Is that a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks for the quick response.

I just tried it on my fresh 1.3.5 install and yes, when you search for example "tpl_header.php" in Template File Look-ups:... nothing is found.![]()
I'm on 1.3.6 and searching All Files: Catalog results in "Searching 6 files ... for:"
Now, I know there are more than 6 files in my catalog directory. Did I miss something?
The Developer's Tool Kit is only searching for the word catalog. What are you really wanting to find?
