    Default session logout

    hi :)

    every time i have a customer ordering anything when they want to go paying they get a "your session is.." and they have to log in again.

    thats annoying..can i prevent that? why does it happend?
    i think it annoys a lot of people..they want to go and pay and then they have to log in again...

    Have you an URL we can look at?

    Sounds like there is an issue on your Session Settings in the Configuration ...

    ok now i have been to admin>config>session and turned it into "false". What does that do?

    The default settings are:
    Cookie Domain True
    Force Cookie Use False
    Check SSL Session ID False
    Check User Agent False
    Check IP Address False
    Prevent Spider Sessions True
    Recreate Session True
    IP to Host Conversion Status true
    Most likely turning off the Recreate Session is what you need ...

    I cannot read your site ... but I was able to add to cart and create account and get to checkout ...
