My client (using 1.3.5) is having real big issues with setting up the zen cart order manager module that a user had created for version 1.3.x The client REALLY NEEDS the ability to print labels for shipments and is using USPS. The client can't get past step 4 in the installation process even though I have placed permissions for the client's IP to access the MySQL database. They are frustrated beyond belief and I don't know what else I can do on my end to help. I have installed all the server side files using the "override" system because I don't want any problems when the next zen upgrade arrives. The author of this module couldn't answer whether it could be installed in this way.

In short my question is whether there are any other shipping alternatives my client could use in zen cart that would enable printing of shipping labels, because they are asking me for alternative cart options if this task can't be done in zen cart.
