Nav Bar text padding?

Hi guys

Just another quick question,

Where can I find the code to adjust the padding for these texts? (please see attached image)

They are out of alignment and too close to the edge of the border and I want to adjust the padding to fix that.

in you stylesheet.css find the following code:

#navMain ul, #navSupp ul, #navCatTabs ul {
margin: 0;
padding: 0.5em 0em;
list-style-type: none;
text-align: center;
}

adjust the portion in red to suit your needs.
