Problem with sideboxes

my problem is this i have a template and its working properly in my localhost...
but when i transfer my template into the test server(test site) the sideboxes did not appear.. i did'nt forget to reset the "Layout Boxes Controller" in admin. What is the solution regarding this? Did i forget something? please help me.. Thanks and more power to all..

Did you also transfer the DB to your test site?

Some sideboxes do not display except on conditions being met and settings stored in the DB.
