I'm trying to offer shipping discounts set at a specific dollar amount to a set range of total cost per cart order. Example someone pruchases from my site $1.00- 15.00 the shipping would be 5.00 flat rate, 15.01- 25.00 would be 6.50 and so on . any help would be appreciated . thanks derek1
