Installing to SubDomain for Development

Hello,

I'm redoing a website, and the new site is being created in a subdomain.

I know I can install zencart in a subdomain, no problem, but, after development,
when I'm ready to transfer all the files from the subdomain to the main domain,
will I have any troubles?

I really just want to be able to move the whole dev site into the main domain when I'm
done, and I'm concerned about the store.

no troubles at all, just change the 2 config file, and the last time I did it, there was one item in the database configuration table that needed to be change.
