Here is another question for you.

I purchased my hosting with a certified zencart hosting company. They installed zencart for me with the admin folder and zen install folder names changed. When i try to install my patch files and run the zc_install it doesnt find the admin>includes>config.php file. Do i need to modife files in the zc_install folder to make this work correctly or is there an easyer way to go about this.

At the present time, this is the simplest way:
    1. rename your admin folder back to "admin" for 5 minutes. Just the foldername. No need to touch any files.
    2. run the database-upgrade via zc_install
    3. rename your admin folder back again

Hi I am having a similar problem with the checkout_success.php not displaying.

I hope it's ok to post here instead of making a new thread.

    This is the weirdest thing.

After step 3 of the checkout process, the checkout_success page is not coming up. It goes straight to the shopping cart empty page.
    https://cart.sonomapins.com/asi/inde...=shopping_cart

I tailed the httpd error logs, nothing

I just installed two mods on three carts, print order invoice and minimum order amount. One of the carts works perfectly and the other two have this bug.

I copied the good tpl_checkout_success to the others but no luck

    I uploaded a new includes/functions/html_output file

The orders get written to the database

The order confirmation emails go out

The orders show up in admin and in my account, I can view them and print them from the popups

    Zen Cart 1.3.0.2
    Database Patch Level: 1.3.0.2
    Database: MySQL 4.1.20
    HTTP Server: Apache/2.0.52 (CentOS)
    PHP Version 4.3.9
    in SSL mode
    CC payment module only
    Table shipping
    Using IE6 on a pc

I don't know where to look. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

i was able to fix my problem by removing some old seo mod scripts from the html_output.php file. perhaps there are some unfinished lines of code in your file.

    Tina,
You may need to download a fresh copy from both sites, and do a full file-comparison. You may discover some files failed to upload properly.
