Hi BlessIsaacola,
I think the problem may be that you dont need the required text (RED) option selected. Also you can number the order of the values so that "Select a Size" is at the top. EX:
"Selecet a Size" Order=1
"Size 08" Order=2
"Size 09" Order=3
etc...
