I am using zen 1.2.6 and HTML AREA v3.
All was working well in non-ssl web space but I recently moved to ssl.
Now HTML AREA shows up as the drop-down text editor until I reach the product info or define pages stage.
I then get the text box to enter product descriptions but no editing options. (text colour/font / tables etc)
I do have html area selected in config/mystore
Can anyone please help?
regards
Val
I've been having the same problem. I upgraded from 2.5.x to the newest version downloaded a few days ago. I installed the new version into a new directory as per the upgrade instructions. The only thing in the new install from my old store is the database it's self and my over ride files (main page, shipping info, checkout success, conditions etc) and some assorted product images and such. Everything else in the store is virgin. HTMLarea still works in the old store (currently still active) and it don't work in the new store still in the temp install folder. Thank goodness I followed the upgrade instructions and put it into it's own directory. At least my store is still open with the old version until I get the new install working properly.
Any idea what the problem could be with HTMLarea in the new install?
I thought I was lost.
But I was only misplaced

I cannot repeat the problem you are experiencing ...
Have your tried reloading all of the files for the /editors and /admin to see if something did not load correctly?
