Admin & Site both locked-up

Hello,

I'm working on setting up my first ZenCart site. I was in the process of adding categories (and photos) to my site when both the Admin and the site locked-up with this error message;
"1226 User 'theoccas_cart' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 50000)
in:
[select value from sessions where sesskey = 'd3e6b65ab1c6245039e9fc6133f7eaeb' and expiry > '1161839618']"
I don't know what I did wrong or how to fix it. Please help!

That is a hosting issue. You will need to talk to them.

The good thing is that it will clear itself up, as that is probably a daily limit. The bad thing is that it will probably happen again.
