No Shipping Available To The Selected Country

Ive been trying to set up my Zen (bit like wading through treacle but im getting there!) Anyway - when i do a test purchase to a UK address everyting seems fine until i get to the Shipping INformation page - it then tells me:

Zone Rates
No shipping available to the selected country

Now im sure i have all my zones set up etc and i havent a clue what could be wrong - can anyone shed light on this and save me banging my head against the wall for several hours? Answers in small words for a newbie please! Thanks in advance

What shipipng methods do you have installed?
What "zone" is configured within the settings of those modules?
If you set the "zone" to "--none--", do you suddenly see shipping options?

shipping methods - in shipping module everything red except zone rates - zones enabled, zone 1 set as uk, zone 2 has EU countries zone 3 has us ca and au

my shipping estimator doesnt work if i select uk BUT it works fine if i select US and calculates correctly?

I haven't checked whether it's case-sensitive or not. Are all your zone country codes in uppercase?

FYI im in the UK and trying to use UK address (although funnily enough im fromOntario originally)

Could you for giggles and grins make a new customer with an UK address ...

Does the new customer work?

And here is a good one for you ...

Do you have:

ISOCODE,ISOCODE,ISOCODE

Or, do you have:

ISCODE, ISCODE, ISCODE

Note: there should not be spaces ... and everything should be upper case ...

What a dumb issue ... sounds like a typo waiting to happen ...

Hiya,

If i make a new UK customer then I get the error message - thats how i found it actually - as for the caps etc - i only have one country in zone 1 and that is UK - zone two has more and they are all:

AT,BE,CY,CZ,DK,EE,FI,FR,DE,GR,HU,IE,IT,LV,LT,LU,MT,NL,PL,PT,SK,SI - all caps and no spaces?

Could you edit the Zones ... and just delete and retype the UK ... any change?
