How to Set a TABLE for Attributes In Product Display Page?

Hi, I would like to place, after the product description, a table with different sizes, prices for the same product and to tell if small, medium, etc. I want them to look straight, like in columns. My question is about a Table and how to put the Attributes within it. I know how to use the attributes. For example:

Small: [ ] CANVAS 18.0" x 14.0" $20.00 USD

Medium: [ ] CANVAS 24.0" x 20.0" $40.00 USD

Large: [ ] CANVAS 30.0" x 24.0" $60.00 USD

Extra Large: [ ] CANVAS 38.0" x 24.0" $110.00 USD


Please let me know as much as you can [how to, file, etc.].

I will really appreciate your kind help.

I think what you want can be handled with attributes.

You can select from dropdown, radio buttons, checkboxes etc

Set up an attribute name as size.

Then set up name values to size of s, m, l, xl.

Attach to products with the attribute controller.

Thanks for your prompt reply. That is the way I have it now--I'm using the Checkboxes. But, when the Checkboxes [or dropdown or radio buttons] are used, they DO NOT stay in a pre-fixed place. Their position is set by the lenght of the name value, which vary by the lenght of the words [S or XL] even by the type of letters [S or X]; and, as a consecuence of this, the boxes [and any other items like the dollar amounts] DO NOT stay STRAIGHT, one under the others, as in a columnar form.

Unless I am missing something and the POSITION of the boxes, etc. [and the other items] could be PRE-SET by the Attributes, only a TABLE can handle this situation, to be able to have all the alike items to stay STRAIGHT, one under the others, like a bookkeeper write a column of numbers: ALL THE DECIMAL POINTS ARE PLACED IN A STRAIGHT LINE.

So, let me re-enter my original question about a TABLE and how to put the ATTRIBUTES within it.

If you are meaning something similar to this wsith the $ and the decimal points lined up.

Small:         [ ] CANVAS 18.0" x 14.0"   $ 20.00 USD

Medium:        [ ] CANVAS 24.0" x 20.0"   $ 40.00 USD

Large:         [ ] CANVAS 30.0" x 24.0"   $ 60.00 USD

Extra Large:   [ ] CANVAS 38.0" x 24.0"   $110.00 USD

Then tables are not going to net you this as the entry like CANVAS 38.0" x 24.0" $110.00 USD is all one assembled item. One would have to rip the code apart and as these are attributes and if you can dicipher the code start with tpl_ and anything to do with attributes and the tpl_product_info_display.php file

Yes, that is exactly what I need with the $ and the decimal points lined up, as well as the other items also lined up. The way you presented in your Code is what I need so the display will look nice, orderly and easy to read. In this way the page with the product will have much more appeal to the customer.

I still think that a TABLE will do the job. And, in addition to the Table I need to know how to put the attributes within such a Table.

I don't have the knowledge to decipher any Attributes' code.

Sorry, just getting back to this...
I only use wrenches and hammers to alter things...your desire will require code manipulation beyond my abilities.

You can post to the commercial help wanted to find a coder that can do this.
