Hi I've installed zencart and every thing went ok but when I go into my website I get the following at the top of the screen...

I don't know what I've done wrong when setting up.

It's having difficulty reading the /includes/constants.php from your phpBB folder.

Thanks for the reply but I'm pretty new to this, I've looked and can't find the file constants.php. Could you tell me away of fixing the problem. Thanks for your help

Were you even planning to use phpBB ?

Turn off Zen Cart's support for it in one of these ways:
a. re-install and choose "no" on the phpBB screen
b. Admin->Configuration->My Store->Enable phpBB linkage: no
c. edit your /includes/configure.php file and set the define for DIR_WS_PHPBB to '' (two single-quotes)
