$10 Gift Cards

Hello,
I am setting up my store at www.swiker.com and I have a bunch of $10 gift cards that I will be giving out to people in my community. The person I give the card to would go to my online store, find a product they like, then proceed to purchase the item. In order for the customer to use the gift card they must enter the unique 22-digit gift card number in during check out. The gift card can only be used by a single person.

I also have $25 and $50 gift cards that I could give out. The $10 gift cards would not have a value left once used. I don't sell anything for under $10. However, the $25 and $50 gift cards could possibly have some value left after the customer buys something. This remaining value I would like to remain in their account so they could use it for their next purchase.

The gift card can be used for all charges during check-out (products, shipping, taxes, etc.).

Seems a true Gift Card mod would be a terrific addition to Zen Cart.??

How would I set this up? I have looked over the Gift Certificate area and it looks close but I am just not sure. Any help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
