Hay guys.

Iv been looking for some way to help with my search engine results that are displayed when a customer does a search. We have a HUGE selection of products that we offer, and some of them share the same name, or words, however they are completely different parts.

one question i have is - is there a way to define products to show up on the search results before others? like a sort order of some kind?
or even having the search results come up from most expensive to least, since they are mostly looking for the whole RC kit, and not the parts.

anyother question is- is there any way to have the search engine be locked into a catagory dynamicly as a user is browsing through it?

basicly, im looking for some type of controls for the search engine. so that i can help my customers find there parts much quicker. as it stands now when a customer types in "wing" they come up with everything from plane wings, to buggy downforce spoiler wings, to a product that has no wings, however has the word "shoWING" and therefore comes up right on the top of the results.

this is frustrating for the customer, becuase he cant find the part he needs, and/or thinks that our search feature sucks...

any advice would be great.
