I am using Linkpoint and when I am doing a test the confirmation screen for the order comes up blank.. All of the side boxes are there, and the header, but there is not any info. I refresh the screen and I have tried to start over and nothing works.. I have a customer who is wanting to use this.. Coincidently I have a 2nd site and I got linkpoint to work on it without any problems..

1. what errors are showing in your server's errorlog when you get this blank page?
2. most likely your customized text for the checkout_confirmation page is incorrect.
Check /includes/languages/english/YOURTEMPLATE/checkout_confirmation.php for any changes. If you have made any, please list them here.
3. worst-case, download all the files from both sites and compare them using a tool like WinMerge. This will show you if any files don't match between sites, and give you an idea of what may be wrong. If you're using different template names on the sites, you'll have to compare individual template folders manually..

Since the files from both sites are the same file/version is it advisable or feasible to just copy the one I know to work and overwrite the other one? I pulled them both up and looked at them.. They are setup different, in the way that the wrong one has spaces between almost every line and ends on line 53, whereas the good one ends on line 27.. So is overwriting it a safe option?

So, use step #3 that I mentioned.... compare "all" files.
This is the same method that I use when troubleshooting odd things on a client's site, or when doing a site upgrade. I've documented the process here:

I updated my zencart to the latest version and that fixed the problem.. Im guessing that one of the files was wrong and when it was overwritten it solved the program...
