help in rollover button

i am a new user of zen cart and i am building a website using this powerful tool...
how do i make a navigational bar with rollover button.. i am not saying the cascading style sheet.. i'd like to make a button using javascript.. to give you an idea here's a sample link http://www.tenpercentfirearms.com which i seen in the other thread... i need your help guys.. any ideas are welcome. :smile:
