Hi All.

Im using 1.3.5.

Whenever a shopper empties their cart (Deletes products) I get the three listings come up for Featured Products, Monthly Specials for, and New Products for.
I have looked through Admin and cannot seems to find the correct setting to turn these off.

Anyone know where?
