Change Product Review to Site review.

Hi!

Does anyone know if its possible to change the Product Review options to Site Reviews? It would be nice if customers could give their opinions on the site.
I was rather hoping it would just be a case of changing some language text, but I fear it would be an add-on or something.

Any comments appreciated.
