comments for order ERROR

if i change order status and send comments i get the following error in received mail:

The comments for your order are

%s

hello

EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_UPDATEDEMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_LABELEMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_PLEASE_REPLY

in all languages in admin i get this %s ...

how can i fix that?

i mean the order status in the first line not working in email notification.

is it possible to fix that?

To my recolection, this is caused by the limits of the text based character set.
In admin > email > set to html and enable mime and see if that assists in email format.

You will require that you can receive html formatted mail
