HELP!!! I couldn't figure out why my installed USPS module would charge an $8.50 minimun. When looking, I found that the lady who built my site installed something for zone for that amount. I disabled it. Now come to find out USPS does not work. I signed up. I'm on the Production server. Now What!!??

I somehow get the feeling that the person who did your store is not the person who setup your main page @ http://www.smalltownpets.net/. The store needs some work. I know this doesn't help with the usps module, as I don't use it, I am not familiar with it. Sorry.
