Thanks again. I guess the cart owner is going to need to keep track of who bought this item and not sell it to them again. As with the other question, I am sure that with enough time (which I don't have) and energy (same problem) I could eventually figure out a way to flag this item somehow, but I think I'll just pass this on to the cart owner and let him worry about it.
It's one item, for a limited time, so it's not too much work for him to keep track of it.

You could always check to see if the product was previously purchased by the customer ...

This would require some custom coding to acheive this, however ...
