hi i was hoping someone could give me a quick hand. im using links manger 1.5. i have it on one site and it works great, i just put it on another of my sites but it isn't working right. well its working but when i go to admin/config/links manager there are no options it just shows title,value,options across the top. but it doesn't actually show the options for customizing.

i tried to re uploading the files 4 times and reinstalling the sql patch but nothing is working out.

if anyone knows why this is happening and can give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated.
