In the header.php, is it possible to insert a linked image in the define HEADER SALES TEXT line? ex:define('HEADER_SALES_TEXT', 'href=<http://www.google.com>'); <-- something along those lines. Or, possibly an image or swf?

Yes, you can add images or use html in the defines, if you are going to use a linked image, why not use the banner manager though?
