Password dots show upon loading home page

Does anyone know what can cause the password dots to show up on the home page before anything is entered? I really would like to know how to get rid of them. This doesn't show up on my home test site, just on production. BTW, this is a ZC1.2.7 site...

I don't see any occurrence through that supplied link, so I'm presuming via your browser that you have saved your info at one point(saved passwords/saved form information).

I was able to find out the cause of the issue and it has been resolved.
