Cart (More) extra header problem

My cart (more) header looks like it started showing an extra header. The last download I did was the column divider pro.

Does anyone has any suggestions?

Is the text in the box headers on the right supposed to be bigger than on the left?

Is the text in the box headers on the right supposed to be bigger than on the left?

I have had lots of problems trying to fix font size....both with headers and inside boxes like with My Links and Mission. I use FF web developer, but just can't seem to get correct box and some items need to be larger or smaller. I do have several mods loaded like for the Shop by Category.
