Changing background color?

To change the background color where do I do it?
Is it catalog/template/classic/css/stylesheet.css?
Or it: catalog/includes/template/classic/css/stylesheet.css?
Or what, I've seemed to changed them all, under "body" background-color: #
but the background hasn't changed when I refresh the page.

Where is the correct stylesheet, please?

includes/templates/classic/css/stylesheet.css (this is the location of your stylesheet)
