Manufacturer Problems after applying 1.3.5 fixes

G'day,

I upgraded from 1.3.0.1 to 1.3.5 which seemed to go fine.

Then I applied all of the subsequent fixes as listed in the appropriate thread.

Now, when I clisk on a link to get the products of a any listed manufacturer in the manufacturer box, I get the following error message.

Warning: constant() [function.constant]: Couldn't find constant in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/shop/includes/init_includes/init_add_crumbs.php on line 45

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'from where manufacturers_id = 30' at line 2
in:
[select from where manufacturers_id = 30]

I also get the same error if I click on any of the links in the manufacturer info box.

Any ideas as to where I should begin looking, or how to fix this would be most gratefully received.
