SECURE Page problem - HELP please!

I am having a problem for which I haven't been able to find a solution. Help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED please!

I am just newly setting up my shop and have most things completed and am now loading in the stock.

In testing a purchase, every time it needs to go across to secure mode, an error message is displayed saying :

'This page contains both secure and non-secure items.
Do you want to display the non-secure items?'

I just can't discover what is causing this so that I can remedy it??

Here is my store:

http://www.natureswonderland.biz/Shop/index

Thanks heaps for any help :)

Re: SECURE Page problem - HELP please!

Thanks for checking for me :)

That's weird though ... when I do as you did :

'looks fine to me.. i haven't signed up for an account but i added a product and clicked "checkout", which leads me to the create account screen. no error message and the lock doesn't have a slash through it. does it only happen on certain pages?'

I receive that error message I quoted before?

The lock doesn't have a slash through it, but every single time I click something that needs to pass through the secure system, it brings up that rotten message and I can't proceed until I click Yes or No as to the Non-Secure items.

How odd it didn't do it for you?

Do you know why that would be?

Actually, I just checked in my store admin files for the details on your computer - you are using Firefox, so maybe that's why you didn't get the error message?

Re: SECURE Page problem - HELP please!

OK. Checked it out in both IE and FF. Can't seem to figure out what it is.. but try disabling your "Security" box (the one that has the GoDaddy SSL logo in it) just to see if maybe thats causing the problem. Its giving me a privacy notice about cookies in IE, so it may very well be causing the "secure/nonsecure" problem as well

I did wonder if that was the problem when I was searching yesterday and I looked everywhere for a possible image or file that wasn't sitting on my secure server.

I have it disabled as 'NO - Banner can be displayed on Secure Pages without errors' ... but it makes no difference :)

I will totally remove that java box ansd see if that fixes it.

Re: SECURE Page problem - HELP please!

also, do you have any type of script installed, like Google Analytics?

//edit: wait a second.. i just noticed you had a custom cursor - missed that before. Try removing the code for that (if its fairly easy to remove and re-insert) to see if that could be causing it. If that image for the cursor isn't https, its very likely that it is doing it :)

Re: SECURE Page problem - HELP please!

Oh curse ... that hasn't fixed it unfortunately :(

I thought it may possibly be the java in that SSL certificate image. Even though I marked it not to display in SSL pages, the error still occurred.

Then I totally removed it and just set in a static image that sits on my secure server ..... still getting the error though :(

There must be something in the page that isn't on my server ??? ... but I don't know what and I don't know how to find it???

Re: SECURE Page problem - HELP please!

The cursor is set into my CSS ... here is how it looks :

<style> <!--Body{ cursor:url("namfeather.cur"); }--></style>

Would that be causing it? The image is on my server -
https://www.natureswonderland.biz/namfeather.cur

????

Not sure if you are still around getyourgameshere.com but I think I have FINALLY fixed it - with your help thanks :)

I had another page (My payments page that was linked to this via a banner link - Accepted Payments) and it also displayed the same error message. I fiddled endlessly with that and discovered that if I had the http://www.natureswonderland.biz/ in front of the image name, it wouldn't display as secure, so I went through the page and removed all that, just leaving the actual image name like this /namfeather.jpg

Then, I went into the CSS and discovered that I had also put the first part there as well and it actually wasn't as I had shown you before -

cursor:url("namfeather.cur"); - but instead it was like this -

As soon as I removed the http://www.natureswonderland.biz part - all is now fine!! Yippee!!

Thanks heaps!! If you get a minute though, do you mind please just checking on your computer for me to be sure?

Thanks so much again :)

Re: SECURE Page problem - HELP please!

Well, I never would have thought to look at the cursor without your suggestion. An extra outlook is all it takes :) That's the great thing about these help forums!
