Okay on my site.. there's those little links in the Bars (one on top and one at bottom).. i guess they are like quick links or quick menu.. i'm not sure what they are called to search how to edit and/or remove them. But that's what I'd like to accomplish.

Also, which file is it again where I change the Title/Name of my page so it shows up in the explorer bar at the top?

For the browser titles(v1.3.5), you need to edit your meta_tags.php... located in \includes\languages\english
