Store was fine yesterday and now errors!

I was on my store less than 30 hours ago and it was fine. I didn't do any upgrades, etc. I just updated some pricing on products and that's it.

I went to the admin today to print out some orders to find this:

1016 Can't open file: 'zen_db_cache.MYI' (errno: 145)
in:
[select * from zen_db_cache where cache_entry_name = 'zc_7eb4ed1f36d90140477d9474b61e0e26']

Help please!

That is caused by a MySQL crash ...

Go to phpMyAdmin and do a REPAIR on your database tables ...

Then check with your hosting site to see if there was a problem causing this that they should be aware of ...
