Suggestions for setting up International Shipping

Hi,

I currently use a flat rate module for shipping in the US via USPS.

I'd like to do the same for International Shipping from my site.
I realize that there are multiple countries and zones for each shipping destination.
I'm currently using a spreadsheet that calculates the shipping by weight to a zip code in the US.
Does somebody have a spreadsheet with the amounts already filled in for postal rates to ship International from the US?

I'm looking for a way to allow for International Shipping at a flat rate much like i do for domestic US items.

Is it possible to use the Flat Rate module for Domestic and use the USPS module for International Shipping?
therefore I would select one of the International options like "Airmail Parcel".
