I recently tried to move a zen cart installation to an entirely new server with a new url.

I edited both configuration pages and fixed the sessions via sql, yet now when I head to the new URL the page says:

'Not Found
The requested URL /zc_install/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. '

Any suggestions? I am not looking to re-install Zen, just move the existing installation over, yet it seems to think it is a fresh copy?
