Not receiving emails via Contact Us Page

All of a sudden I am not receiving an emails via the Contact Page on my website. This has happened all of a sudden it was working fine a few days ago....

I testing all settings in email config and everything seems okay.

This happened at the same time I stop receiving emails confirmations of orders at my store....

Yell at your host if you have not made any changes to your settings.

i got exactly the same problem. it was ok few days ago after installing the latest version and suddenly now didn't work. please help us! thanks.

Same with me. I can receive mails using the address used in the Contact Us page, via outlook but not if sent on the Contact Us page.

I've changed that adderess to another to test and still no emails coming from zen cart.

What would be the problem on the server end?

I'm having this problem. I changed the admin email in the tools > admin settings page, but that is not a global change, you'll have to go to config > email options and change all of them there. If that doesn't work, I have no idea.

I had the same problem and it turned out to be my host....they done something on their end and it all works great now.
