My shop is now live and everything seemed ok til i checked out "Who's Online". Both guests were using Mozilla 5.0 and when i clicked on the page link for both guests the following page came up:

EEEEK!!! I'm totally worried that i maybe losing customers due to this... I have done searches on it and can't find what i've done wrong .
My sessions are set up as follows:

Cookie Domain True Info
Force Cookie Use False Info
Check SSL Session ID False Info
Check User Agent False Info
Check IP Address False Info a
Prevent Spider Sessions True Info
Recreate Session True Info
IP to Host Conversion Status true Info

Did you check those users to see if they were search engine spiders?

Yes this error is generated by an msnbot. Error is on store/index.php?main_page=cookie_usage.

Do we need to add special coding to our site to prevent this.

The cookie usage page pops up on a client's store. They are concerned that this will drive customers away. Is there a way to disable this page from appearing?

Hi All,

I had this very issue and it was caused because I had my browser "User Agent" set to GoogleBot for testing purposes... If you test using spider User Agents don't forget to turn them off before logging in as a customer.

I had the same thing happening. So I fixed it buy logging to my zen cart and go down to: Configuration:
Sessions:
Force Cookie Use
change to TRUE

Now it works fine.
