Turn off Product in Category Attributes

Hi Everyone, How can I turn off Product in Category Attributes in the admin? When adding new products? I want them off bec. we only need few information and our store is for showcase only,no pricing. I wanna turn off

Product is Free: Yes No
Product is Call for Price: Yes No
Product Priced by Attributes:

etc....

In admin when adding a new product.

Admin > config > my store > store status > set to "1" Showcase no prices

Yes, I got it. But what I want to do in the Admin when adding new products is disable the fields like

Products Status:
In Stock Out of Stock
Date Available:
(YYYY-MM-DD)
Products Manufacturer:

Product is Free: Yes No
Product is Call for Price: Yes No
Product Priced by Attributes: Yes No
Tax Class:
Products Price (Net):
Products Price (Gross):

...etc...

The cart side and the admin side are actually 2 different applications that draw from the database.

The admin side would require major edits to disable these functions. There is not an admin for the admin...If you are bent on attacking this,,,use the admin > tools > developers tools > and search for the terms that you want to alter and only in the admin files.
