Lost in the zen

Hi every one.

Any one have a advise to a newbe trying to create a ecommerce with the zen,is ti eazy to costumise it without any knowhow of code?
For instace, how cuold i put my on header with pic and my text format and browse form?

Take a look at the tutorials/FAQ link at the top of the page first, then the Wiki (link also above). And then do a search on the forum (or ask) for individual queries that aren't covered in the FAQ's or Wiki.
