Gift Certificates Releasing before I release them.

I just got my gift certificates working and all is great except it will allow them to be used before I actually release them from the admin.

I have shut them off until a fix can be found.

I am running 1.3.5 and have only tried paying with money order/cashiers check.

Help!!

Check the Modules ... Order Totals ... and edit the Gift Certificates ot_gv ...

Make sure you have set:

Queue Purchases
true

NOTE: Welcome email Gift Certificates are not Queued ... those are available as soon as the customer gets their email for creating an account ...

I do have the queue purchases set, and it is the actual gift certificates not the welcome gift certificates.

Uninstall and reinstall the Module ... Order Totals ... Gift Certificate ...

Check the database table via phpMyAdmin for:
coupon_gv_queue

Is the field:
release_flag

Set with the default of:
N

Thanks so much!!! I uninstalled and reinstalled the module and it worked perfectly!!

I love the fact that there is support out here for this instead of pulling my hair out over some of this. It has been quite some time since I have dealt with programming and such!
