That was the direction I was heading, but can you explain why this flavor of GC has to be handled differently?

The GC was a nice angle, still allowed the cust to use a coupon on his/her order....as I understand it, they have option for one(1) coupon per order, as well as a GC?

Like I said, I had spotted this liablity/headache early on, but not until today did we get an idiot that wanted to push the point.......

If getting the admin freebie handout GCs into the approve que is a biggy, then i will go with the coupon angle, just wanted to clarify before I flipped things around.
