i am wondering if the file properties got changed during the renaming. I don't think the tutorial that is on the WIKI is very thurough.
I followed the directions exactly and the whole site looks like I need to re-install it
Wow... I hope I don't have to do that.
I am trying to re-upload my old backup now... I hope that helps.

The error messages clearly state that the required file cannot be located.
So, either the file is not present in the path specified, or it has permissions set in a way that is blocking access..
