Background Images

Ok how do you change color of the top header where it say (home & Log In) and the bottom footer...... Please Help.. Not to good at this but learning alot everyday....Thank you and God Bless

Delete the background-image line and change the background-color to suit your layout.
I would advise you to download Firefox, make sure you turn on (if included) the web developers toolbar. With that you can use the "display element information" tool to see what class/id is for each element on a page. Very handy.
