USPS Question

I signed up for a USPS account, and the initial email gave me instructions (sort of) on testing. Do we need to do any kind of testing of the API, or can we just request switching to the production server?

I apologize if this is answered somewhere else, but after a reasonable search, I still couldnt' find anything about it. And I'm still working on the dissertation so my attention is a bit split.

The test server almost never works, ask to be put on the production server.
