As this data is stored in the database and not assembled into a catalog format as a native function, the answer is NO.
But you could write something to perform this or assemble it and provide as a downloadable PDF.Zen-Venom Get Bitten

If I remember correctly, there was a mod that created a PDF catalog. Unfortunately I couldn't find it in the archived downloads, and it might not be compatible with v1.3.5 in any case.
You could do a search for PDF catalog and see what turns up.
