    For the purposes of future searches, I got this problem resolved.

    The issue was the Nochex account did not have a debit card registered, even though a UK bank account was associated with it. It is a normal free 'Seller' account - a Merchant account is not required.

    Now that the debit card is registered, the full 'enter card details' screen appears for customers on my ZC shop, works like a charm and looks professional.

    Thanks for your work on this. We've been having major problems. The store is on v1.3.0.2 and we loaded v 1.2 of your mod. All worked fine on test but switching to live no order details are being sent to admin or the confirmation emails. It's a merchant account - is this because of the bug that was identified with the description not being passed? Can I load v1.3 onto 1.2 without any issues?

    Your help would be VERY much appreciated.

    That particular bug will not cause the effect that you are seeing. It could be an issue with the v1.2 version of the mod though so the first thing to do is upgrade to the v1.3 version I posted earlier in this thread.

    Yes, just upload the files in the v1.3 zip to the appropriate places. No database changes are needed going from v1.2 to v1.3.

    Be aware that NoChex do place some heavy restrictions of Seller accounts that may cause you business issues in the future. IIRC each customer is limited to £100 spend per card for a 75 day period. There is also no partial refunds from Seller accounts (though this has been promised). There are other restrictions as well but I can't remember them at the moment, best read the T&Cs and see if a Seller account is suitable for your business.

    Hi, I have set up zencart 1.38 to use the nochex apc. It works fine except that the 'Order Id' does not show up on the 'Nochex Payment Notification' email or the 'Nochex payment receipt'. I am assuming the 'Order ID' is supposed to be the same as the 'Order Number' which is shown in Orders & on the Order Confirmation emails.

    My searches on the forum have not yielded any help, has anyone come across the reason for this and is there a solution?

    Zen Cart doesn't create an order until the messy business of sorting out payments has been sorted. Until then the goods are treated as "not yet purchased" and remain in the shopper's basket.

    What this means in respect of your query, is that an order number is not allocated until after NoChex has confirmed that the payment transaction has been successful, by which time it's too late pass an order reference to NoChex as it's disappeared off to process somebody else's transaction.

    I see, in other words it's not possible becuase of the way Zen-cart & Nochex work at the moment. thanks for the explanation.

    I have seen code changes made that generate a transaction code for the payment provider and attach it to the order, and even attempts to predict what the next order ID will be and send that to the payment provider . Both require a moderate degree of programming skill and Zen Cart knowledge ( and I would strongly recommend against the latter - it's bound to end in tears).

    Hi,

    Having the same problem here and it's driving me up the wall.

    Using 1.3.7 with the latest Nochex APC 1.31.

    All payments go through but there is no notification in the emails of what the products are and there is no order history appearing in the shop.

    Am I being completely stupid here?
