    I'm having the same problem, I've upgraded to 1.3.8 this week, got my first sale with nochex, email received, order created with the amount and customer details but no details of what was ordered.

    I had no problems with this in 1.3.7 on a fast hosts account. I've recently moved over to hostgator and I'm wondering if it might be because of the name server changes. My site is still bouncing about after a week and it could be that when nochex tried to update the site, they couldn't find it. But not sure.

    If you find a solution to your problem let me know. However I don't think that fasthosts is your problem as i've used it sucessfully for a year on 1.3.7.

    For the time being I'm having to email my customers to find out what they have bought. Hopefully they will not delete the email before reading it!!

    I havd given up on Nochex until recently.
    I have now changed hosting to TerraNetwork (In last 24hrs) and have just added the Nochex back into my payment list.
    It now works, As previous messages It must be to do with the SSL certificate.

    I know this is an old post, but since this is a Nochex question, I thought it would be best posted here.

    We have a shop using Nochex as single payment alternative. We just spotted that if the customer adds a billing address and a delivery address which aren't the same, the delivery address gets sent to Nochex, and the customer has to re-type their billing address again, causing a bit of frustration.

    Is this default behaviour, or might something be wrong with my setup? Is there a switch for which address should be sent?

    WARNING! DO NOT USE NOCHEX PAYMENT SYSTEM. They take your money first then you have problems with intergration and they do not refund your money back. When you try get help they are not interested! They are frauds & cheats! There are much better and safer systems available in Zencart. You have been warned!

    NOCHEX ARE FRAUDS AND CHEATS, READ THE STORIES AND HOW PEOPLE HAVE BEEN AFFECTED?? IS THIS FORUM NOT FOR HELPING ZEN CART PEOPLE???
    THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BEFORE OPENING ACCOUNT AND THEN IF THERE IS A PROBLEM OR DOES NOT EVEN INTERGRATE. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN??? HOW IS THAT GOOD BUSINESS?

    PEOPLE MUST KNOW THERE ARE HONEST BETTER PAYMENT GATEWAYS! DO NOT USE NOCHEX!

    Well, while you may have had a bad experience, and feel like you should tell the world about it, this website is not the place to do it, at least not in the manner you've chosen:

    You created a new forum account TODAY, and then you dug up this and 2 other VERY OLD discussions about using Nochex ... and you spammed them all with your vehement "warning".

    And now you're back again spamming those same threads to somehow legitimize your posts.

    At the very least your conduct is out of order. Multiple posting of the same junk in multiple places all over the forum is considered bad form. Stop it now or your account will be suspended.


    Letting people know about a bad experience is one thing. Spamming it to thousands who didn't ask to be told about it is quite another. That's why your posts were marked as spam.

    Sorry to be heavy-handed, but ... if it's not addressed, then irritating behavior just contaminates the whole community.

    I think my question might have been buried beneath the public service annoucement about Nochex not to be trusted - that wasn't really a reply to my question (!) so I'll lift it again and I hope that's OK.

    The question was whether anyone had any experience of changing the address being sent to Nochex - at the moment it's sending the shipping address even if a customer has added a separate billing address, which means they'll have to retype their billing address in Nochex again.

    I couldn't find a switch in the admin, but maybe someone knows if this is default behaviour and requires modifying the Nochex files, or not?

    Is there anyway to have your logo added to the nochex payment page ,I know on the old nochex module you could add you logos url, as I just have a sellers account could I add some code to a file.

    As far as I know, it is not possible with seller accounts only merchant accounts.
