[Support Thread] Nochex APC

Nope sorry i was wrong, our store isnt live so when we were testing nochex it was in test mode and thought that was the reson for it.
Just done a live test and it doesnt work........dam we are going live in just over a week

Ah ha! My client went live yesterday just running PayPal. The shop has been inundated so I'm really glad I didn't install Nochex or we'd have been up whatsit creek without a paddle.

The Nochex APC module WORKS!!! I have been using this for 3 weeks now with NO problems!!

Those of you having problems, I suggest you install it again following all the instructions carefully and reading my notes on the previous page.

It works, honest! I'm using it on www.craftycarrot.com without ANY problems (live site, no messin'!)

Hi i'm completely new to Zen cart and i'm struggling badly.

However i've managed to install (i think) the Nochex APC module and it is showing in my payment module on my control panel. However on that module when i select edit there are a number of blank boxes wiht no text next to them.

When i run a transaction through this module on my site the page simply goes to the send a nochex payment screen rather than to a specific credit card payment screen (unlike the standard Nochex module).

Can anyone tell me what i'm doing / have done wrong!

Apologies in advance for my stupidity but this whole Zen Cart business has left me drained!.

Oh also just found out on top of my issues above when i goto to turn off the nochex apc module the standard nochex moduel is also turend off!

Any one please shed any light for me!

The older NoChex module and the newer NoChex APC module cannot co-exist (that's why you're getting the blank boxes with no text) - you will need to remove the older NoChex module then try a test payment again.

I will give that a try, thanks for that.

I hadn't deleted the existing module before i started installing the new one becasue the installation instructions say they can co-exist providing they aren't named the same (they're not).

But i'll give it a try.

i'm now not seeing the APc module in admin and when i ran a test transaction through i get this message on the top of my orders:
