Sorry one more thing.
Also after test transactions the nochex payment screen isnt going back to my own site.

If you do a transaction with the NoChex APC module in test mode NoChex will not return to your payment success screen. The only way to test it properly is to do a live transaction, NoChex should then return to the correct screen and the order should go through.

Hi,

I am having a prob with customer orders showing up.

Customer pays with nochex:

Nochex worked fine on my testing mode. In live, I got a payment confirmation email from nochex, but zencart didn't show a new order. Neither did it send me an order confirmation email, like how I ususally get when someone pays with paypal IPN.

So I had to find the new customer, refer to the scant info on the nochex email, and manually work out how many books she had ordered, and what p+p she had chosen!

zencart shows in customers>costomers that I have a new customer, but displays under her name "Number of Orders: 0"

Even under Customers>Orders>
Her order doesn't show up.

The nochex order said:

Customer Pays with Paypal IPN


My latest customer who paid with paypal IPN, her order doesn't show up in customers>orders, even though I got an order confirmation email from zencart and paypal that the order had gone through. Previous customers who paid with paypal IPN, no probs at all.

I can see her order if I click on customers>customers
Her profile says Number of Orders: 1 Last Order: 06/03/2007
Total: £4.30


Any ideas


I did recently reduce the price of my product, and it is since then that the probs have started.

Check in the Modules ... Order Total ... that Total ot_total is installed and active ...

Without this, the orders will not display ...

You can look up the order by the orders_id which is a good indicator that this is not installed or turned off ...

Thanks, it was off.

However, I just did a test transaction with nochex, and although I get the email confirmation from them, as a seller, and my test customer email gets a notification, zen cart still isn't recording the order.

It doesn't show up on a search by order no. either.

I just installed the Nochex APC module. It is receiving payments OK and recording an order in the cart however the order record contains no products, just a total price and correct postage options. No confirmation email is sent.

I've just (a few minutes ago) uploaded a revised version of the nochex_apc payment module. I've corrected the bugs that prevented the seller account from working properly, correcting the posted variables to the new Nochex PPI specification, and corrected the bug that was causing the nochex_apc_admin_notification.php not to work properly. I only have a seller account, so have only been able to test that, however, the merchant account variables all appear to be correct.

It has also corrected the payment success and cancel functions so that nochex will now correctly redirect back to the site when payment has been processed.

The only thing I haven't been able to figure out yet is why it isn't passing the zencart order ID to nochex.

It might be of some use to you.

The only thing I haven't been able to figure out yet is why it isn't passing the zencart order ID to nochex.

From what I remember the order ID does note get created until the payment is authorised and the APC call back occurs. It's been a while since I looked at this though so I could be completely wrong about that.

Hi, Just want to say that I am using Ver 1.2 modded by Christian (cjpinder)
In April, it wasnt in the d/l section then, just followed his link. I followed instruction to the word and it works like a dream, i am very grateful.
I have merchant acc so cant say if probs with seeler acc. using on zen 1.3.2.
I notice now that it is in d/l section but revised by someone else, Richard Holland, dont know if this is any different, but not touching mine and my credit goes to CJpinder. Thank you.

That's what the existing v1.2 did. I probably should have put it up in the downloads section ages ago but I was waiting for more people to test it. Never mind, if your version does the same thing then all is well. Just a thought though, have you removed all the PayPal references in the code? The original NoChex module was based on the PayPal IPN module and the author left references to the PayPal settings in there. The transaction date was also broken in the v1.1 module and had to be fixed.
