What Kim said is true, but I actually think you might be talking about "Google Checkout" and not Google Base? Not quite sure about that, but Google Base doesn't have a thing to do with Payment methods. There is a google checkout module put together by google itself for Zen Cart and you can find the discussion forum under the Payment Modules section of this site. It is one of the latest post right now, but I don't have a link at the moment.
