Can't import DB to my new server!

I basically don't know **** about DB's, can anybody please help me.

I want to move my zencart to another server. I have completed all the 7 steps (except i couldn't find "Use hexadecimal for binary fields" when i exported my old DB. Anyway, shouldn't really matter because i can't even import it.

I get this message:

I am also trying to import my DB to a new server and I get the same error message. Anyone know how to get around this?
